  • Questions are flexible, but substantial work is scheduled or quoted separately.
  • Meetings require advance booking.
  • Response commitment = acknowledgement + initial direction, not a complete analysis.
  • Recommended limit: no more than 5 active retainer clients at once; beyond that, convert to a scoped project.
